App purchases are crazy. Its giving you activities to do with your kid but charges you $40 a year? If this app went free they could fund it through donations and charities without parents needing a dime. Instead they charge you and get grants from the government to fill their pockets as much as possible while you are just trying to spend time with your son and make a memory. Its truly sad!
couldn't get past getting started without it forcing you to purchase it or start a 7 day trial. even if you can cancel at any time, this is a very manipulative and underhanded strategy.
while i have no problem paying for good apps, this is promoted as $0 ('ranked #1 fir $0 apps in parenting') - the app has zero functionality without paying for a subscruption (not, oh you can only access certain parts, or limited functions or 'limited time usage per day' - on entering you are met with a 'subscribe and pay' page ) i just hate the blatantly false marketing of it
