Great app but kicks you out as soon as you even try to watch something this will be the last time I pay year subscription
My experience with this app has been terrible. I canceled my subscription because even though I was paying for the app, the content still requested additional money/tokens. After canceling my subscription, the app auto withdrew the resubscription fee from my account. I have contacted the support team three times now and done everything they have asked and I still have not received a refund! The worst part is the way they have me set up is likely to cause another auto withdrawal!
App won't open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. I wven tried months later, after numerous phone updates, nope, still can't open the app. It started a a few months ago after a few days of using the app. Even the website won't log me in. Customer Service is a joke. I reached out via email and FB Messenger, no response. I can't remember if I signed up for a subscription or not and I have no way to verify since I can't get in on any method. Do not waste your time on this app.
